The consignment policies at Fashion Forward Consignment Boutique are designed to maintain the highest possible quality.  All clothing must meet the Fashion Forward "SEAL OF APPROVAL" and be freshly cleaned and presented on hangers. No items will be accepted with stains, rips, or missing buttons.  Authenticity of designer handbags, clothing, shoes, and accessories are the responsibility of the consignor.                   

LACK OF KNOWLEDGE DOES NOT EXCUSE THE CONSIGNORS LIABILITY. 
We reserve the right to refuse to consign any items not meeting our specifications.  To become an account holder, a minimum of six items are required, a CONTRACT and INVENTORY FORM must be completed. 
Drop offs are accepted Monday thru Thursday, from 11am-7pm by appointment only.  
Clothing will be on sale for a maximum of 75 days from the time it is on the website then donated to charity unless previously negotiated.
After items are sold, Fashion Forward Boutique will issue the consignor a check for 45% of the sale, or the consignor may use a 55% credit toward a boutique purchase.
